British Food at Hereford Road

British cuisine may not make much sense to many people but it’s a cuisine that offers more than you might think. The Hereford Road restaurant opened in 2007, and fills the gap in the market which is British cooking! The restaurant is incredibly well known in the area, and the head chef became known when working at the St John and St John Bread and Wine.
Tom Pemberton, the chef put British cuisine back on the map and into the public light, and the menu of this great restaurant changes each and every day. You might be surprised to learn that the chefs actually produce some great dishes using offel, including kidneys, calves’ brains and much more – which are of course a traditional set of ingredients in British cooking.
The puddings are British, to, including apple crumbles, rice puddings nad much more. So if you’re looking for a warm and hearty meal without the pretence, then the Hereford Road is a great option!
